Mission

At Khthon we strive to use interdisciplinary approaches to academic research, OSINT, SATINT and related research methods to identify and analyze mass graves, war crimes and other human rights violations in conflict zones across the globe.

Through these independent and non-partisan reporting efforts, we aim to bring transparency to atrocity crimes, support accountability, and aid efforts toward justice and reconciliation in accordance with international law.

Global Mass Graves Interactive Map

Khthon's Interactive Global Mass Graves map (GMG), developed by researchers at Project Khthon, serves as a comprehensive and accessible tool for understanding the global prevalence and distribution of mass graves, linked to war crimes, genocide, pandemics, and political violence. Through SATINT/OSINT based intelligence, meticulous research, and collaboration with local and international volunteers, the curated GMG map aims to raise awareness, support accountability, and aid efforts toward justice and reconciliation.
